Plugins disappeared and not displaying

About a week ago I uninstalled the Auto Boxset plugin. Since then other plugins have disappeared and even if I reinstall them, they wont appear for use. One of these plugins is the backup plugin. This means I haven't backed up since and I can't even restore from a previous back up as it wont appear after install to use.

 

Any idea why this would be?

 

I get confirmation messages of successful installation and asked to restart, but nothing appears.

Plugin architecture changed about a week ago.

 

If you are running the latest beta plugins will show back up.

 

Luke changed the way plugins loaded their config files.

 

And he also targeted a higher .net architecture.

 

What version and release are you running?

 

Some plugins may not be completely updated with the new code, or you need to update emby version to compensate.

99% sure you are stuck on an old dev or beta version.  Upgrading your server will probably solve your issue.
