PS4 videos not appearing with too high framerate

Hi, i noticed that some videos where the frame-rate is 50 the videos won't appear on the PS4, is this a known issue or a problem with the PS4 or Emby won't down-sample(?) the frame-rate?

 

Is that possible? i don't mind converting the videos but it's taken me ages to figure out why the videos aren't being recognized and thought someone else may find this info useful or if it can be fixed server-side that would be great too.

 

[edit] i forgot to say this is using Emby 7300 on Windows 10 x64 Home

Hi @@Shizuyori if the PS4 has a framerate limit then yes we'll need to convert them. I didn't realize it had such a limit so i guess we'll need to add that.
