DLNA broken in 3.1.198.0

Seems like the DLNA is broken.  Other DLNA server show up on my devices but not EMBY.

That error is repeated over and over in the logs.

Since this is seemingly going to be a longish time frame to fix is it safe to revert back from 3.1.210.0 to stable release or is that going corrupt other things? - Thanks.
