Incomplete Live TV Guide

I've recently installed Emby 3.0.8300.0 on a QNAP TS-453A and I've encountered an issue with incomplete Live TV Guide contents (I've included a screenshot to show you what I mean).  Some channels have a full listing while some only have partial listings.  I'm based in the UK, TV tuners are 2xHDHomeRun Connect and guide provider is Schedule's DIrect (1 year subscription).

 

I've attached the server log when refreshing the guide data followed by displaying the Live TV Guide.  I can see a number of occurrences of "Schedules Direct doesnt have data for channel", however these seem to be for more obscure channels and not the ones seen in my screenshot e.g. BBC One and BBC Two.

 

I've tried refreshing the guide data numerous times and deleting Schedules Direct as my guide provider then adding it again....but to no avail.  I realise that this may be a Schedules Direct issue rather than an Emby one, but are you able to shed any light on this?  Thank you in advance.

Based on your log it looks like they don't have data for those channels. What you can do is try some of the other lineups that Schedules Direct may have for your zip code. Start with the best one that auto-matches the most number of channels. From there, you can use the channel mapper to map additional ones, because it's always possible that Schedules Direct has the channels, but they might just be named differently than what your HDHR is reporting, therefore Emby is not auto-matching them.
