Debian 8 Repo

I'm currently using this repo in Debian 8: deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/emby/Debian_8.0/ /

The server has been showing for well over a week a new version available:

Version 3.0.7200.0

A new version of Emby Server is available!

Version 3.0.8200 is now available for download.

but when I try to update it is not in the repo. I'm use to it taking a few days for those repos to replicate or update, but it has been longer than usual and I want to make sure I don't have a different issue. Is this what pothers are seeing from this repo?

Thanks!

This is the way it is setup, and has been working -- the server dashboard shows a newer version available, but when I update apt, I do not show the upgrade.

Is 3.0.8200 available in that repo yet?

It's there. I'm also running Debian 8 and using the same repo, and I just upgraded to 3.0.8300.0.

I think I'm more confused now:

dpkg shows the following version installed:

ii  emby-server                          3.1.6106.19259~dev-76.1 all                     Emby Server is a home media server.

The dashboard shows this:
Version 3.0.7200.0

A new version of Emby Server is available!

Version 3.0.8300 is now available for download.

The repo is configured properly, but not showing updates available.

Ok, i've figured this out -- I was not using beta, but it seems at some point the beta packages were downloaded and installed (I have auto updates turned on this instance). I was able to resolve the issue by downgrading the beta package. First I tried re-installing the package which gave me the error it could not me downloaded:

$apt-get --reinstall install emby-server
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Reinstallation of emby-server is not possible, it cannot be downloaded.

So after reviewing available versions with apt-cache showpkg,

$apt-cache showpkg emby-server
Package: emby-server
Versions:
3.1.6106.19259~dev-76.1 (/var/lib/dpkg/status)
 Description Language:
                 File: /var/lib/apt/lists/download.opensuse.org_repositories_home:_emby_Debian%5f8.0_Packages
                  MD5: 5ac920d3852a6bdb91b8e4e73df0b056

3.0.8300-85.1 (/var/lib/apt/lists/download.opensuse.org_repositories_home:_emby_Debian%5f8.0_Packages)
 Description Language:
                 File: /var/lib/apt/lists/download.opensuse.org_repositories_home:_emby_Debian%5f8.0_Packages
                  MD5: 5ac920d3852a6bdb91b8e4e73df0b056

I was able to specify and downgrade from the beta upgrade that happened at some point.

$apt-get install emby-server=3.0.8300-85.1
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
The following packages will be DOWNGRADED:
  emby-server
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 1 downgraded, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

Which resolved the issue.

Was there a known issue I missed recently that would have caused the beta version to download with the emby-server name when emby-server-beta was not chosen?
