Cannot connect anymore...

Hello,

I can connect with my asustor AS6102T with my Asustor administration tool but I can't connect anymore with EMBY.... And I really don't understand. My account is connected but it can't find any server anymore and it is not taking my ip adress or other... It's strange, it worked very well before. IS there something I should know ? Or a mistake in the process ?...

It works but I still have a little question though...

From my smartphone I can connect to my emby account but only if wifi is on... why can't i use 4G also ?...

I use Emby android app on my smartphone. My wifi connection is off. I have followed the steps as described on the "connection troubleshooter". Therefore, I entered the external address into Emby app with the corresponding port. But I have no access. I opened my web interface of my router and forward TCP port 8096 as described. No change...

Ok, so then what if you take that address displayed on can you see me, and put the following into the address bar of the browser

address:8096

what happens then?
