Fixed: Connectivity issues

Hi there,

 

I'm having some connectivity problems and I was wondering if anyone could help.

 

I've been using the Emby software on my Roku 2 player for quite some time without problems.

 

Yesterday, it suddenly stopped connecting to Emby. When I launch Emby on my Roku, it displays the logo splash screen, then says "Retrieving" and then simply returns to the Roku home screen after about 20 seconds.

 

I actually have another player on my Roku box called Roku Media Player; with that, I can connect to the Emby server, access my library and play videos, I just can't use the Emby software to do the same.

 

The following message keeps on appearing in the logs:

 

Error ServiceStackHost: Error occured while Processing Request: Access token is required.
    *** Error Report ***
    Version: 3.0.7200.0

I am having the same problem, but on a Roku 3. I have rebooted the server and the Roku. I have removed the channel and rebooted then put it back. I still get the same thing. It was working a few days ago and it is still accessible from the app on my phone. please help with the Roku
