FrostByte 5049 Posted October 7, 2016 Share Posted October 7, 2016 Unfortunately, others have reported similar issues with that particular model BD player though other people like myself have had no problems installing it on our BD player models. Things you could try: 1. Check for newer firmware version. 2. Sideload the app (run from usb) https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/29011-unable-to-install-bd-h6500/?hl=h6500 May be an issue with the installer and that model if it runs fine sideloaded Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
