The same thing happens if I install a plugin. If I click "restart" the server will shut down but not restart. I have to wait a few minutes then manually start it. Sometimes it works, but more often than not I have to start the service manually after an update. Even when I do a manual update the Restart button doesn't always work. After this mornings auto update to v163 it happened again I have tried it both ways. I'm not using the Server Restart plugin if that makes any difference. For now I'm just doing everything manually.
