Web Client - TV and Movie Chapter Extract Modification

Is there a way to allow the chapter extract to take a snapshot of each chapter 5 seconds into each chapter?  Many of my TV shows and a few movies only have black images due to scene transitions in the shows.  This will not only make for a more aesthetic view, but make it much easier to find were one left off.

We actually already have some handling for this, unfortunately the more accurate we make it the slower the extraction will be, and significantly so. I think where we have it right now is ideal and the above situation is fairly rare. Perhaps we can expose it as a setting in the future.

A setting would be ideal, I really don't mind if it takes longer or significantly longer, as long as it extracts an image.
