iPad music playback stops after 5/10 seconds

Installed Emby yesterday on my mom's pc, which is on a WiFi connection, and her iPad, so she can play music that's on her pc in the living room. iPad Emby will connect to the server, I can view the pictures on her pc fine, and can browse her music, but when I play a song, it stops playing after about 5 to 10 seconds. Picking a new song, it will just start again, and stop after a short moment. Any idea what could be causing this?
