metadata season et library update

I recently update emby to 3.0.6020 and have some new bugs.

 

Some TV series doesn't show all the season even if they are there. I attached a serie (fortier) that show the problem but append on other tv series too.

 

I attach a movie (underworld) that include all the title of the same series but should be count for 4 movies and not 1.

 

The scheduled tasks run the scan media library and clean database this morning.

 

I attached the log to troubleshoot more the issue.

I just updated to 3.0.6030.0 and the problem is still here.

 

I have a little more information for you to debug : Kodi with emby addon is showing the missing seasons but not in the emby website. The missing season is not showing covert art on all affect tv series.

 

Hope it gives you hint.

I solved this issue by (re)creating one subfolder by season...  No idea for your movies, I had not this problem.

ok, as a test can you go into the series detail screen for fortier, click the 3-dot menu, then refresh. give it a few minutes then see if the seasons are back. thanks.

For the movie (underworld) is now fixed with the new release.

It works now with the refresh function. The only thing in commun between the tv series in problem, is that I selected the medata to be in french.

 

Maybe this info will help you, if not, then the case for now is closed.
