Nested folder under "Unset (mixed content)" folder not displaying correctly

I have a TV Archive (set as "Unset") which contains a number of other folders - on of these "Stand Up" also contains another nested folder ("Episodes" which has it's own folder.jpg and folder.xml files).

 

 

In ET (2.5.6) it now looks like this: 

 

 

But in the Web UI (3.1.6057.20623) it looks like this:

 

 

The same thing is happening elsewhere in my collection where I have nested folders.

 

(I rolled back to 2.5.5 and that was doing the same - so it may have been like this for a while).
