"Played" Icons Not Showing

Hello,

In the past few days or so (maybe longer) I've noticed that the Roku channel is not displaying the "Played" check-mark. I haven't delved too deep into it but it appears to be effecting mostly TV Shows, making it a pain to know where you actually where in a given season.

Web and Theater are working fine, it's only effecting Roku, all 3 of mine at least.

Gave re-downloading the channel a try, did no good.

Wondering if this is a problem that popped up with a recent update or some such, or if it may be local what I can do to fix it.

Server: 3.1.71.0

Roku Channel: Latest Beta

Plugins: Auto Box Sets, CoverArt 4.0, GenreCleaner, RottenTomatoes, TimeLord, Trailers

Did you, by chance, use the options row at the bottom? Perhaps changed the preference for "Use Media Indicators" to no? If you did, the server still keeps track, but on the roku the overlays will stop appearing.

I see the same in both apps.

Using this screenshot as an example, I don't see watch status on episodes.

@@Happy2Play you dont see the checkmarks either? You didnt change that preference? :)

I know you didnt. Someone needs to nudge luke. The apps didnt change, something on the server did. This depends on imagemagick. Maybe something in that library changed?

I just tested an image url by appending

&addplayedindicator=true

and it worked fine. additionally, dlna uses this feature and i see the icons there.

It shows indicators at Library-Series level but not episode level for TV in both apps, and Library-Movies don't show indicators in official app but do in Neon.

DLNA in Windows 10 shows the same Series-yes, Season-yes, episode-no.

Another note is that server 3.0.5986 displays everything properly, issue is in beta server.  Didn't try dev.

Issue resolved in beta 3.1.74.0.  Indicators appear in Official and Neon app again.
