this should be resolved with the next release of emby server because ssa is just going to burn in.

It actually looks like that's what is happening already - they are burning in and then we are also displaying the external version.  I think that is probably just a mistake in the current app mis-interpreting what to do with that type of sub and also should be addressed by both the new server and new subtitle handling of the app.

the yellow subtitle means burn on video? it always delay around +2 Sec. (do I need post a new topic?)

No the yellow one is our manual one.

 

The white ones are the ones I suspect are being burned in.

the subtitle always delay around -2 Sec not +2 (my mistake).

 

it's strange, the problem not from subtitle.

When I try to compare Chrome and Apple TV, I found that on the same frame the time is different.

 

the chrome play the movie same as original time but not on the Apple TV

I have installed the beta

 

but does not work ... it keeps loading in chrome Home Page (please see the attached screenshot)

in Apple TV it gives me an error (please see the attached screenshot).

Unfortunately that's only a small piece of the server log so we can't see the full picture.

I can not log in using Apple TV at all. so I can not play anything. it give me an error as the file attached above.

 

On Chrome it just keep loading. If I go to Anime folder (TV Shows), it is empty with loader indicator (keep loading).

If I go to moves folder which has only 5 movies it also empty on all sections except the "suggestions" tab it shows the moves poster with loader indicator. I can play the movies from the "suggestions" tab normally.

It should have a 500 error in it somewhere because that's what I got just now when I tried to connect to your server.

FYI Luke - I believe it is a query for resumables that is failing if that helps.

iBoss - if you re-start the Apple TV app it should now handle that error properly and allow you to log in and test what we were originally trying to (the subtitles).  Thanks.
