Some Suggestions for Emby TV

First off, I'd love to a see a forum dedicated specifically to the built in Emby Live TV backend. It's currently nearly impossible to figure out which threads are talking about it specifically.

 

Secondly, I just had Emby decide to do an update restart while it was recording. What's more, it didn't pick the recording back up afterwards. Would be great if this could be prevented.

 

Thirdly, it would be awesome if the recording engine could be hooked into the notification system and post notifications when it starts/stops recording. It would also be nice if there was a panel in the dashboard similar to "Active Devices" for "Active Recordings". It is currently very hard to tell what it is actually doing at any given time.

Thanks, these are great suggestions and I will definitely be looking the restart issue and the display of active recordings in the near future.

What about his first suggestion? I would strongly favor having EmbyTV as a subforum as well.
