Latchmor 584
Hi, MBT is stuck in a loop of needing a restart to complete updates but it always displays the following message, Error attempting to update application. DirectoryNotFoundException Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\[username]\Appdata\Roaming\system\Mediabrowser.Updater.exe' Looks like the path should be, 'C:\Users\[username]\Appdata\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Theater\system\Mediabrowser.Updater.exe' MBT: 3.0.5115.1591 (trying to update to 3.0.5115.33569) MBS: 3.0.5116.43022 Cheers Edited January 4, 2014 by Latchmor
Latchmor 584
Hi, I temporarily created a copy of the 'System' folder where my current build was looking and it cleared up the problem. I should add I'm using the Dev builds so I'm not recommending people start copying folders all over the place! It worked for me but that's the fun of using the Dev builds. Latchmor 584
Hi, not sure if I'm the only one getting this error but got it again trying to update to 3.0.5118.3540 Fixed it the same way as above Cheers
gillmacca 17
I'm getting the same with the latest dev build
Luke 37019
This is fixed now but if you're affected it will require uninstalling completely and re-installing.
sydlexius 240
This is fixed now but if you're affected it will require uninstalling completely and re-installing. I was able to fix this buy moving all the folders created in %appdata% back to the "MediaBrowser-Theater" path...admittedly, an uninstall/reinstall would probably have been simpler
SikSlayer 197
I just ran the installer again, it brought me back up to date. No need to uninstall, and it didn't have to re-download any update either. Edited January 8, 2014 by SikSlayer
