When I try to play a movie via tv.emby.media, the movie starts but then all I get the audio. No video shows. This occurs on any movie. Using other methods/clients to watch the movie works perfectly. A short clip of what occurs is below. I also provided the transcode logs and server log for around this time. Movie being watched Ultimate Avengers.

Version 3.0.5972.0

Chrome Version 51.0.2704.79 (my primary browser)

Since you asked I tried in other browsers

IE 11.0.31 - With this I don't even get the audio. It just sits with the background screen.

Firefox 46.0.1 - Works

I used the same movie noted above as the benchmark.

IE is not supported for this app. I can't reproduce the problem with Chrome, sorry. Try refreshing the title from the detail screen, then play again. If the issue persists, please provide a sample file.

I tried the refresh and it did the same thing in chrome... audio but no video. I rechecked firefox and it worked fine again.  I provided two folders. The first includes the transcode logs and I renamed the files to show Chrome vs Firefox. The second is a folder that includes the movie I've been using.

FYI: I tried playing the movie via chrome on 2 separate computers and same result. Audio but no video.

The strange thing is I accessed the site via chrome on my iphone and both audio and video played fine. Maybe tomorrow I'll try uninstalling chrome and try again.

When I disabled the add-ons it played fine. I guess I'll turn each on one at a time to see which is killing it.

Thanks for your help.
