Live TV is transcoding but recordings aren't (Emby Theater)

I've seen Luke refer to the fact that a properly setup Emby Theater config should direct play LiveTV (See http://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/32476-emby-theater-direct-play-live-tv/

 

However, I'm having no such luck - recordings seem to direct play fine, but Live TV gets reencoded. Hoping someone can take a look at these logs and tell me what I might be doing wrong.
