At the end of an episode, it will sometimes play video from earlier in the episode.

It doesn't always do it. The episode will come to an end and it sometimes will just start playing 2-5 seconds of video from earlier in the episode after the credits. All of my shows are about 40-45 mins and it seems to start playing something like 5 seconds into it then just stop. Once, I had to manually stop it because it was going on for about 10 seconds. Then I could watch 4 shows before it happens again. 

 

I just tested a episode it happened to last night and with the web client and it played fine.

This is an anomaly that will sometimes occur with this type of streaming.  We've done a lot to limit it but it can still sometimes occur.  The alternative is taxing your server much more for every item that plays back so we're living with the few situations where it does still happen.
