After completion my whole server configuration was gone (i.e. libraries, auto organize, users, etc.). I have to start over and rebuild from scratch. I just ran the setup.exe that was downloaded. If they are gone now due to starting over then it will be difficult to figure out. In any event, let us know if you have an issue after re-installing.
