Ubuntu 14.04 Configuration Backup Fail

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but I couldn't find a dedicated forum for it.

Simply cannot get the Server Configuration Backup Plugin to work, get an error trying to create a profile and immediate fail when trying to run it. I'm guessing it's a permission error of some description but the backup path is owned by emby user and group so I'm at a bit of a loss.

Any help appreciated as I need to upgrade Emby but very reluctant to without a working backup of all userdata and config.
