Hi Guys,

Installed and ran Ver 3.0.5955 but it was unresponsive after navigating to the home page from the dashboard and then crashed completely.

 

Including log file.

It looks like I am seeing this happening as well. It looks like when I try to access the server from another app (web app, Android) the server just crashes and I get the "can't connect" display on the app.

@ Luke . I am getting the same thing, but nothing is showing in logs as to why it is crashing.

 

Current Version is Version 3.0.5970.27685. 

 

It just stops for no reason when I go to browse the TV recordings.

Those are the end of 3 logs, no errors or anything.

 

Just started happening with this dev version.

 

Windows 2012R2

16G ram

Dual L5630's

Dell R610

48TB storage. All main system drives are 300GB 15K with a 120GB SSD for caching.

 

Anything else you need to know?

Same here, but we can see everything except as soon as the "TV" option is chosen the server crashes.  Movies/collections work but a TV show crashes the server. No log entry, and I'm running Windows Server 2012 and 5955 broke us.

 

Dev Unstable 5970 is also broken.

I too am experiencing this. Funny enough, my Android app and the webplayer works, but logging in on my Samsung TVs crashes the server every time. I have to go start the server again.

Mine has told me when we get a new house I am building a emby server for her that doesn't update all the time.

 

Not at all!!!! Downgraded to stable and no problems thankfully.

 

Beta & Dev both messed up.

Usually when your system updates it marks the old folder 'system.old'.  So stop Emby server and then open the system folder, on windows standard install it's : C:\Users\{YOUR USER NAME}\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server  from there rename the 'system' folder to something else and then rename the system.old to system and restart your server. Job done.

That is in the normal process, depending on your last update since 5954 was broke also the .old folder was useless to me.

True, 5954 had nav issues with sidebar and top bar.  I never checked functionality.
