Video stopping to black screen on Kodi/Emby, upgraded server made no difference.

I have a Tronsmart S905 meta with 2GB of RAM. It is running Kodi 16.0 GIT:2016-02-20-E240BB2 with Emby for Kodi version 2.2.10. This running off a wired gigabit connection from a Windows 10 (x64) Server running Emby Server Version 3.0.5921.0

When watching TV or Movies the video just stops playing and goes to a black screen with no sound, Kodi seems to think it is still playing, if I wait a few minutes the video starts again from the start. If I use a mouse to stop the video then I can usually start the video again (resume from) but many times the resume state is not saved.

I also have a Chromecast v2 plugged into the same TV and it plays back from the same server with no issues at all, as does a Now TV box in a different room.

This is becoming seriously annoying. I originally thought it was a server issue as I was running a server with an older Atom CPU so I upgraded the whole server to much more powerful hardware (Intel Celeron/H61 mobo/4GB DDR3 RAM/Nvidia 250GTS) but it is doing the same thing.

Given that Chromecast/NowTV/Phones/PCs are having no issues I assume this is an issue with the Client TV Box. What logging should I enable and submit from within Kodi/Emby I have attached some of the Emby server log from last night.

I also upgraded Emby Server to the beta version last night to see if that made a difference.

Can you try going back to kodi isengard? I think it would fix your issue. Or you can check the Kodi forums for a solution (I've read other people experience your issue). To be clear, your issue has nothing to do with emby, I'm pretty sure it has to do with using Kodi Jarvis.
