Ability to add thumbnails to tv guide for non schedules direct users

For non USA users that don't have schedules direct to provide them with thumbnails the possibility after we are able to first import XMLTV files into Emby to have a folder with show names and for emby to pick it up. It is not a great solution but it is a workaround at least it will make Emby Theater look better.

 

I am able currently to add a thumbnail to a show in Web Client but if that show is tomorrow it doesn't show up.
