Completed fanarts not loading

So a search rendered a result that showed this was at one point an issue, but the thread is locked.  I have found on a number of different skins, when the skin attempts to use TV show fanart as the background, it doesn't load anything.  For movies it loads fine.  I have caching turned on and have synced images to the textures file multiple times.  Is this still an issue for others?

Hmm, apparently some skins are still using the old method for extrafanart which is no longer possible.

It's all of the dependencies that uses the extrafanart entrypoint.

 

This is what you find in all of them. What do you want me to do with this? Completely remove the lines?
