xellinus 0 Posted February 4, 2016 Share Posted February 4, 2016 I had the same problem only to realize that I had typed my ip incorrectly. Simple mistake. Also it's an old solution that may not be as relevant these days but if you're behind a router or firewall make sure you either have exceptions or port forwarding setup as well. Hope this helps. Angelblue05 4130 Posted February 6, 2016 Share Posted February 6, 2016 Your settings are still incorrect: https://http://xx.xx.xx.61:8920:8920/emby/Users/Public?format=json Put your ip address only in the primary server address... and change the port number in the port field.
