Reports - Show Custom Parental Rating

Hello folks,

I don't know exactly if this is a bug or a feature but.... here it goes:

When I get into the Report view, I notice that ONLY the original Parental Rating field appears (and can be filtered).

As lots of media comes with wrong (at least for me) parental classification, I use a lot the custom parental rating field. So this way I can control much better those ratings.

Can't you make the report show de custom parental rating instead of the original, in cases it has been filled?

Now that we are here (Report View), I'd like to suggest you to let this screen REMEMBER the last filter and order configured. Every time I get to that screen, I have to reproduce the same steps to always disable the same columns, or create the same filters. AT LEAST the viewed columns could be rememebered.... what do you think?

Thanks!

I'd like to take a opportunity to add a bug related to Report View.

I noticed that when you try to select "Movies" from the drop list, it shows "Movies" and "Collections" folders together (hmm, strange...).

When you choose "Collections", it only shows "Collections" as it should.

Is it the normal behavior? Or is it a bug?

IN SHORT:

1. Show Custom Parental Rating instead of original when it is filled

2. Remember column prefs in Report View

3. Selecting "Movies" in Report View droplist also shows "Collections" folder

This is linked to your user preference "Group movies into collections".  There was talk here (post 20 and 21) about maybe adding an option in report to override setting.

Got it, understood.

As post 21 mentioned said, in report view I don't think it has to be honored, because it only conceals the movies from the report :-(

if you insist honoring is needed there, putting a checkbox allowing override or not could be an elegant solution.

@@Luke and @@ebr , please come back to this!

More than the "Collection" extra lines that are irrelevant in reports (OK, they can be ignored)... now I noticed that the movies that are contained inside those collections doesn't appear in the report.

That is VERY illogical: I can't get to include lots of movies in the report/excel just because I chose to group them into collections.

Thanks in advance.
