Unnecessary attempt to create HDTuner?

Hi,

 

I noticed repeated attempts to create a HDTuner on  an 169.254.188.173  address. I believe that is the discovery address HD uses for announcing available tuners for Windows Media Center (BDA?) anyway it isn't a dlna device. Can this be corrected ?either by excluding the address or an option in the live tv config to ignore a specific address.
