Live TV not working in browser or iPhone

When I go to the guide and click play on a channel/program, it spins but never plays. This is true both on IOS and Firefox.

 

Logs attached. 

 

See anything in them that might point to a solution?

 

(I am an Emby Premiere member if that affects anything.) 

 

I am using Version 3.0.5786.0

 

I am using HD Homerun Extend
