markbnj 0
OK. 3.05783 no longer works, as a matter of fact, I can no longer start it (windows gives me a crash, and it doesn't even start a log file for me. last emby log file attached as a text message. It seems that (from what I can attempt to see) that emby didnt get thru to the db for a lookup. It is no longer starting up enough to even get a log file from today. the file I was going to upload turned out to be 64meg, cut the first couple and last couple of error messages and attached to this message. OK: So as I reviewed it , I saw: bad connection to movie database bad file permissions on network drive (same machine...)] and that was all I could find. didn't want to do anything until I ran it by the group first. MOST IMPORTANT <<<<-------------------- I can no longer get the emby server to start up again, I get the following error messages from windows (below)... I think I may try and see if a repair on the emby package may help. TIA. markb PPS: edit: I tried to do a repair on the emby server but only option was uninstall. I'm getting tired of re-marking everything read... sigh Problem signature: (from windows) Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: MediaBrowser.ServerApplication.exe Application Version: 3.0.5783.0 Application Timestamp: 568602e2 Fault Module Name: KERNELBASE.dll Fault Module Version: 6.1.7601.19045 Fault Module Timestamp: 56258f05 Exception Code: e0434352 Exception Offset: 0000c42d OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 0a9e Additional Information 2: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789 Additional Information 3: 0a9e Additional Information 4: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789-------------------------------------- NO other ideas? finally reloaded v3.0.5785.0 tonight, will report what happens tomorrow ok emby created a 12K (blank) file in log directory called server-635881402108.txt that was totally blankl Next question: could this be related to the fact I am now running an X64 version of win7? emby-error-upload-snip.txt Edited January 12, 2016 by markbnj
lcasadonte 3
Check to see if you have a ffmpeg process running and kill it and retry.
