media folders not sort according to profile configuration

Hi,

 

The emby samsung app is amazing!!!!

 

But the media folders doens't appears with the order configured in the profile. This it shows ok in the extender MBC and in the web app.

 

Is it a bug?

It is a bug, one that I'm familiar with. The server does not return them in the user's sort order, even though they are requested in that order. I'm sorry to say that the server team do not intend to work on this bug as the media folders views is deprecated in favour of item type views.

Me too. I like the aggregated folder views, but sometimes it is just easier to go through the media folders. It gives me the power to arrange some of my content in a way, that makes more sense than the aggregated views could ever do. To be honest, it's very limiting only being able to view your content in aggregated views.
