Make sure on General tab you have ticked where 'Allow instalation of packages published by' and select 'Any publisher'. On Beta tab tick box to allow Beta versions. Then on 'Package Sources' tab, add this url http://packages.synocommunity.com/ Then back to Package Centre main screen, click to 'Refresh' packages. All the Community ones should populate the list. It's very easy and is now on our website: http://emby.media/nas-server.html All Synology users are recommended to use this going forward (if your model supports it).
