Kornflex 3
Hi, I'm using emby on Synology with the wiki installation procedure, no Docker or something else. I have added trakt and use Emby for Kodi plugin. Emby server is : 3.0.5781.5 I watched a TvShow, It's marked as watched ( in webUI and Kodi ) and Trakt is informed. Great. But, next day, Tvshow loose the watched status and it's the same thing in webUI or Kodi :/ This is happening with previous releases of emby server too, updates doesn't change... An ideas to find what's wrong ? logs or something ? Thanks Edited December 9, 2015 by Kornflex

Luke 36878
you could try removing the trakt plugin to see if that's causing it
Kornflex 3
Hi Luke, Not resolved. I will try to delete everything and fresh install of emby without plugin.
Angelblue05 4130
Do you use nfos? If so, is there a watched status included in the nfo? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Kornflex 3
Hello, Yes, I have NFO files downloaded by Emby. They have a watched status. So, I set Emby XML first and NFO second. For metadatas recorders : disable NFO thanks;
Angelblue05 4130
Are the watched status in your nfo/xml proper? For your content that being marked as unwatched, I mean. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Kornflex 3
I have deleted all NFO files. If I marked as watched the last big bang theory for example, NFO file is created and <watched> set to true. So, I think it's ok for status in file. I will see tomorrow if it's still correct.
Kornflex 3
So, Without using NFO, not working. With NFO files : if I check a TVshow as watched, NFO is updated. Next day, NFO is updated with a minimal NFO metadata and watched as false.
Angelblue05 4130
So something must be messing with it. You can check the last date modified for the file, and check around the same time in your emby logs, do you see any task running or anything that could explain the issue? Vidman 589
Are you sure you disabled ALL metadata saving in sonarr? Ie media browser/emby and xbmc/kodi Edited December 25, 2015 by Vidman
Kornflex 3
Hi vidman, You are right, the first time I just disable Sonarr's metadatas for Emby but not Kodi. So I tried to disable both and today, tvshows status seems good. I update status of all tvshows and confirm here tomorrow. thanks.
Kornflex 3
It's OK, I had to disable all metadatas from Sonarr to avoid NFO rewriting Thanks a lot.
