cnbs38 0
Hi I am new to this so please be gentle. I have installed MB3 on my laptop and added various content so as far as I am concerned I have a DLNA media server running. However when I try to access it using my WD play media streamer on the same local network then the MB3 media server cannot be found. The WD play finds a different media server set up from Windows Media Player 12 Ok. Is there a way I can test if the MB3 is up and running correctly, can I access content from another PC? I am running MB3 on Windows 7 64 bit dell laptop thanks SM
Tikuf 663
Mb3 doesn't at this time have dlna capabilities which is probably why the wd cant find it. You can test on another pc on your network by accessing the dash with your browser http://ip-of-mbserver:8096/mediabrowser Edited December 8, 2013 by Tikuf
