'identify' not updating tv show metadata

hello,

 

I am unable to use 'identify' to rescape television shows in my library.  I don't have any issues identifying and rescraping metadata for movies.

 

The process I have tried is as follows;

 

-under 'tv shows' from web app, click the image of the show I want to update

-click the 'three dots' and select 'identify'

-edit the title field and delete the rest of the data

-click 'search' and select the correct title

-click 'submit' (check box to replace existing images is selected)

 

Once this is done, the show is not updated and still has the incorrect information from the previously identified show.

 

emby docker is running in unRAID. 

 

What am I doing wrong?

edit- the log file attatched is from a server restart, trying the above procedure for House of Cards and Louie.  I'm not using any nfo files.

I do see the error in your log although I can't seem to reproduce the same problem. I will keep trying this.
