Certain Movies unable to be played using MBT or Classic

I am seeing an odd error for certain movies (other is same collection location play fine) where it attempts to load the movie and then throws this error and I see this in log,

I had experienced that a few days ago. I had to go through my LAV filter settings and enable wmv and wma codecs

Also, if you already had lav filters installed prior to installing MBT, other users have reported that uninstalling and re-installing LAV solved similar issues.

I have already tried uninstall/reinstall of LAV and a clean install of MBT on two machines.  The issue is repeatable for the same file on both machines.  The issue is sporadic and only occurs on certain movie files.  Its repeatable for those certain files.  I assumed permissions originally but files in same folder/location play fine.
