Luke,

 

I have been working with Robert at SD but he wanted me to ask you for help, thanks in  advance.

 

I get no guide data at all and even though channels are coming from TM cable they still have a .1 after number and he added but still not working. I tried TM cable and digital and they both do not work and when I try QAM I get error from EMBY saying make sure it is available.

and the SD channels don't have the .1?

well some of the guide numbers do match up so it should be ok

Like I said in original post that I can select TW Cable and digital in EMBY but when I select TW QAM I get a error saying make sure available.

I've turned on debugging for your account, so shoot me a PM when you've made your next attempt and I'll see what's happening.

I sent a PM and tried and notice this in the log file. Hope it helps.

The server is sending back a "4101" response - "MAX_LINEUPS". The user already has 4 lineups in their account, but the grabber isn't capturing that?

 

Right now it's just a generalized error message when there's a problem adding a lineup to an account.

Since the QAM lineup has the logicalChannelNumber in it, that may be the problem that you're running into - Emby isn't looking at that field? Or is Emby trying to match on the providerCallsign?
