wolpoffm 2
Hello, This seems to have started yesterday or the day before. When I launch the app the green emby logo on grey backdrop pops right up for a few seconds and then the whole app minimizes to the quick launch bar and if I try to bring it back up, it just reverts to being minimized. I had installed cyberlink powerdirector 13 and thought that might have caused an issue so I have uninstalled it and all of its components with the same behavior. Emby for WMC works without issue. Thanks for any help!

Happy2Play 8138
I am actually referring to other 8.1 apps. I had an issue with Emby 8.1 app doing the same thing but most apps on the machine were doing it also. I ended up creating a new user to resolve the issue. Lojik777 0
I just noticed this as well. Emby Theater is working fine on Windows 8.1, but the modern app does crash on startup. There was an update on 08/19/15, I believe this is the cause of the issue. Hang tight though, the Emby developer's always fix problems like this. They're just good like that! :-) Update Edit: It's a Windows 8/8.1 issue. Windows 10 works fine, Windows 10 Mobile Build 10521 & Windows Phone 8.1 are also working as well. Hope that helps isolate the issue. Edited August 21, 2015 by Lojik777

Davco 5
I have the problem too on 8.1, no on Windows 10, but 8.1 is the server. A link ? I checked in Windows 8 LoopbackManager and the setting is good. All others apps work very well. Edited August 24, 2015 by Davco
7illusions 1249
It's a packaging problem. When Microsoft signed the app for store release, something went wrong. A new version has been submitted to store and I'm just waiting for it to be certified again. Give it a few days and it should be ok.

7illusions 1249
Version 3.4.3.350 is being pushed out to the servers now, it should solve the issue. What you saw earlier was 3.4.3.349 that included a lot of Playback fixes, new screensavers etc.
