Raboo 0
Hi, I recently installed Emby Server 3.0.5641.5. When scanning my Movies and TV shows it detects the movie "Subs" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0969760/ for movies or tv series with the folder "Subs" inside the movie folder.. How can I make Emby server not display like I got the movie Subs 20 times over? Update: The movie "The Substitute" is also detected for my subtitles.... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3296160/ Edited July 8, 2015 by Raboo

Raboo 0
Subs should be named identically to the movie and in the same folder So you would adjust a whole scene for one application or conform the application after the standard? Most scene releases with multisubs do have a subfolder named Subs with rar'ed subtitles. Why should I have to rename files, delete samples, move subtitles, delete subfolders? Wouldn't it be a lot better if the application in question could handle this? Perhaps you mean emby doesn't want to get better? One can then wonder why emby would have a community forum if it doesn't want to adjust and become better.
Luke 37054
We are very flexible and if a subs folder is a common convention, then we can look at supporting it. I have just never seen or heard of it before.

Raboo 0
Someone needs to chill out. It is common, in torrented and Usenet sources You're right I'm sorry.. And yes it's common in torrented and Usenet sources. Moviename.X.Y-Z/Moviename.X.Y-Z.mkv Moviename.X.Y-Z/Subs <-- A lot of times when there is multi-subs you find this directory. Moviename.X.Y-Z/Sample <-- Sometimes a sample folder like this. Moviename.X.Y-Z/!sample <-- Or like this.
