richardap1 10 Posted June 29, 2015 Share Posted June 29, 2015 Hi Not sure if this an Emby addon issue or a LazyTV issue, but i thought i would post it here first. Seems i can't get lazyTV to work. Using 1..0.15 (can't use 1.1.0 at the moment) and Isengard B2. 20:10:55 T:3752 NOTICE: -->Python Interpreter Initialized<-- 20:10:55 T:3752 NOTICE: Parameter string: ?id=59a8791afd6f29f84571084dc5467534&mode=play 20:10:55 T:3752 NOTICE: PLAY Called 20:10:55 T:12284 NOTICE: DVDPlayer: Opening: K:\Media\HDTV 2\Africa\Season 1\Africa S01E01.mkv 20:10:55 T:12284 WARNING: CDVDMessageQueue(player)::Put MSGQ_NOT_INITIALIZED 20:10:55 T:11924 NOTICE: Thread DVDPlayer start, auto delete: false 20:10:55 T:11924 NOTICE: Creating InputStream 20:10:55 T:11924 NOTICE: Creating Demuxer 20:10:55 T:11924 NOTICE: Opening stream: 0 source: 256 20:10:55 T:11924 NOTICE: Creating video codec with codec id: 28 20:10:55 T:11924 NOTICE: CDVDVideoCodecFFmpeg::Open() Using codec: H.264 / AVC / MPEG-4 AVC / MPEG-4 part 10 20:10:55 T:11924 NOTICE: Creating video thread 20:10:55 T:11924 NOTICE: Opening stream: 1 source: 256 20:10:55 T:11924 NOTICE: Finding audio codec for: 86020 20:10:55 T:9584 NOTICE: Thread DVDPlayerVideo start, auto delete: false 20:10:55 T:11924 NOTICE: Creating audio thread 20:10:55 T:9584 NOTICE: running thread: video_thread 20:10:55 T:11924 NOTICE: Opening stream: 2 source: 256 20:10:55 T:3476 NOTICE: Thread DVDPlayerAudio start, auto delete: false 20:10:55 T:3476 NOTICE: running thread: CDVDPlayerAudio::Process() 20:10:55 T:9584 NOTICE: CDVDVideoCodecFFmpeg::GetFormat - Creating DXVA(1280x720) 20:10:55 T:3476 NOTICE: Creating audio stream (codec id: 86020, channels: 6, sample rate: 48000, no pass-through) 20:10:55 T:9584 NOTICE: fps: 23.976024, pwidth: 1280, pheight: 720, dwidth: 1280, dheight: 720 20:10:55 T:9584 NOTICE: Display resolution DESKTOP : 1920x1080@ 60.00 - Full Screen (16) 20:10:55 T:9584 NOTICE: D3D: rendering method forced to DXVA processor 20:10:55 T:3476 NOTICE: CDVDPlayerAudio::OutputPacket duplicate 1 packets of duration 10 20:10:55 T:12284 ERROR: Playlist Player: skipping unplayable item: 0, path [plugin://plugin.video.emby/tvshows/6a9353f8a98c0a026c16631903bb8fda/?id=59a8791afd6f29f84571084dc5467534&mode=play] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
regid 6 Posted October 10, 2015 Share Posted October 10, 2015 Hello Has anyone done any follow-up on this? I've come from a traditional Kodi setup where I relied pretty heavily on LazyTV. I am using the latest plugin. Thank You Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Solution Angelblue05 4130 Posted October 10, 2015 Solution Share Posted October 10, 2015 (edited) Use direct paths instead of plugin redirect for now. Follow the steps here: http://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/26179-media-very-slow-to-start-on-raspberry-pi/?p=254943 Edited October 10, 2015 by Angelblue05 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Luke 36878 Posted October 10, 2015 Share Posted October 10, 2015 doesn't emby have a lot of these features built in? what's missing? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AgileHumor 123 Posted October 10, 2015 Share Posted October 10, 2015 It offers a netflix like "do you want to play the next episode" with defaults to play or don't play if another unwatched episode is available. With Emby, you would need to make multiplay decisions upfront. Also, it offers it "smart playist" feature that allows you to play recent media in Kodi Playlists. NextUp in Emby tends to use most watched vs most recent in it's logic...which doesn't work for my needs. Lazy TV gives me more control. I'm sure their are other features, I've only been using it a few weeks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
regid 6 Posted November 17, 2015 Share Posted November 17, 2015 Use direct paths instead of plugin redirect for now. Follow the steps here: http://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/26179-media-very-slow-to-start-on-raspberry-pi/?p=254943 Thanks. Thats exactly it. I tried this before but missed one step. That's all it took not to work. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
