Supporter Key & Emby connect issues

I just donate for an yearly supporter membership. I received my key by email, but when I pasted it in Help->Supporter Key section of the Server configuration pages, a message "Supporter key is missing or invalid" appears. Also, on Users->Profile I enter my Emby username/email and a pop-up message appears: "Argument cannot be null. Parameter name: ConnectServerId". I have the app installed on my Fire-TV and can't play anything because it doesn't recognize that I am a supporter.

Please, help me.

Interestingly, I got the same issue with the Debian and Docker installations I've been doing over the past couple days. I was able to set up the connection after installation was complete though
