swhitmore 781
Hey guys, Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with copying a whole Kodi setup from one PC to another. I've spent hours getting it right on one, and I really don't feel like doing it again P.S. Having only really tried Kodi for the first time, man it's a bitch to setup. But god damn, it's amazing. Deihmos 145
I just copy the data folder located in appdata\roaming if using Windows. No need for an addon to do it. Edited May 13, 2015 by Deihmos

riffy 32
If you run Kodi in portable mode you can just copy the install folder. "Kodi.exe -p" runs it in portable mode. Keeps Kodi all in one folder for easy backup & copy. That's what I do & copy it all over my network all the time. Other wise you have to copy the user folder & the install folder. And yes it has all the add-ons & their settings in there.
Deihmos 145
Will that copy all the add-ons to? Yes it copies everything. That is where Kodi stores everything. Install kodi on the new system and copy over the userdata folder. Edited May 13, 2015 by Deihmos
