fmathieson 0
I`ve been getting errors trying to connect from most of my clients today. 2 machines using 3.0.266 can't connect to the Emby server. 1 machine running 3.0.264 can! I`ve attached a screenshot and a log from my laptop. Today, I downloaded 3.0.266 to my laptop and was able to run it once, it will not connect anymore. I haven't had much chance to play yet, but I will attempt to remove my most recently added films and/or try a different emby user (the 3.0.264 client also uses a different user that can only view upto PG rated movies) MBClassic-115201538ed0f0d0d524bc181fae8a710e6bb95.log
fmathieson 0
Well after uninstalling MBC on my laptop, reinstalling it only to find that it still didn't work, I went digging so to speak and deleted the config files. It then worked as it had once before! I selected my daughters Emby user and it loaded up fine. I then exited MBC and loaded it again and it worked fine. I then deleted the configs again, but this time selected the "MediaCentre" Emby user as used by my living room machine and bedroom machines and it works fine now! Somehow doing all of this has even fixed my livingroom machine even though I haven't touched it!!! I suppose that the MediaCenter user may have had some corruption?!?! Is it possible that having 2 machines using the same user has caused a problem? should I created a separate user for each machine to use?
