Plugin Catalog Not Available

I'm running Server Version 3.0.5061.25570 and when I click on the Plugins | Plugin Catalog in the server dashboard I get a yellow message centre screen saying "Internal Server Error". Using Win 7 and Chrome.

 

I have restarted MBS and have rebooted the pc. I have also tried accessing the server dashboard from another pc. There is nothing in the server log at this time stamp.

I can confirm the same behaviour on my server install on the same version as GrotShot. The 4 plug-ins I have installed seem operational however. e.g. I can enter coverart and modify covers.
