Server - Ability to lockout all external access.

Currently we can lockout individual users by disabling there account.

 

What i suggest is :

 

1- A option to disable everyone (except admin) from accessing the server outside the LAN. Also include a message that users would see when they try to connect.

 

Or

 

2 - Other options is to allow people to connect to server but disable playback (via a single checkbox for example) for all users (again except admin and with the ability to add a message for users). 

 

 

option 2 is a better idea imo because it would be better for the users that use Emby Connect.

 

 

The reason i ask this is because sometimes you want to do maintenance on your emby server and dont want people to start streaming while your working. Like since i have a Roku when i refresh lots of shows because of a problem or something . The Server cpu will be at 99% till everything is done which can cause streaming to lag for some users.
