Supporter Key

Hi.

 

I recently, yesterday, donated to this amazing project via paypal but as yet have received no supporter key or any email to confirm my donation. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

 

I have attached a screenshot of the paypal transaction for your perusal.

Same thing happened to me.  It turned out to be an issue at Paypals end.  

Sit tight Ebr will fix it up for you, don't stress.

Sometimes PayPal is slow in processing these.  Did you receive your key?

Thanks for your swift reply and apologies for not getting back to you sooner..

I realised that my paypal email address and the email address that I registered with here were different. I have just updated my registered email to the one linked to my paypal account.

 

I don't know if this is where the confusion lies but maybe it will help.

 

I hope you can send me my key as soon as possible so as to unlock some more features of MediaBrowser.

I just sent off my donation through Paypal as a 'Guest'.

 

I received a confirmation email with receipt number, etc.

As I said, I do not have (and don't want) a PayPal account and therefore used their Guest option.

I did supply my email, etc....

 

Hopefully the key will find its way to my email account.
