I have no photos, scan was sticking, removed my not-so-huge music folder (10,000+ songs), everything works. So as suggested above, maybe its a folder size/depth issue everywhere?

WTF? The program was running fine. but I guess when the latest update came out, it kept trying to automatically update and during restart process it would not start back up. I realized this cause I noticed when I would go and try to use Emby on my Xbox One, Roku, or other device it kept saying it was unable to find my server. I'd check my server computer and the Emby server was not running when it should be running and it is set to start with Windows. so I noticed in the Dashboard that it said a update was available. so I tried to hit update myself and it would download and notify me of restart but it would never start back up. after restarting my computer and network multiple times to see if my system or network was having issues I still got the same results. so I verified my network was working like it should. So I figured the next step would be to uninstall Emby Server, then install with the new version. seemed good until I tried to setup my files/drives it would stop scanning library at 67.8% and stayed that way for a day. Then I realized it had my TV shows listed under movies, and only showed a small portion of my files. I done some research and found no solutions provided by any support specialist, I only seen multiple accounts of other people having this same issue and no one to turn to for help. it's not like I pay to use this software, oh wait. I do. I pay for this software that I cant use and have wasted three days trying to get it to function like it's suppose too. I've seen recommendations from other users who had this same issue. I tried adding folders one by one just to find out that it didn't matter how many files I added the library since the scan still stops at 68.7%. I've un checked the option to Download artwork and metadata from the internet and this did not solve the issue either. Every suggestion I've seen on here I've tried just to find out I've done nothing but wast the last three days with this program with no option but to hope and wait someone here provides me with a solution or atleast a suggestion I havn't tried already. typically I find support "specialists" just wanna recommend restarting, uninstalling then installing again. ya know things that some of us who have some knowledge have already attempted. and yes, I'm sure it's not just slow and being patient isn't resolving the issue. I've let it run for a whole day hoping that was the case but it does not scan my entire library any further than the 68.7%. I know it's nothing with my system since it was running just fine until the latest Emby "Public" update. It's Version 3.2.60.0 thats giving me issues. I'd like to just go back to the previous version that I know worked but you guys dont provide that option from what I've seen to download previous versions. So I"m stuck with a program I pay for monthly and have no indication if it'll take days, months or if I'll even get any response from someone able to provide a solution for this issue.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64Bit (Version 1709(OS Build 17046.1000), AMD FX8320 Eight-Core liquid cooled processor running at 4.01GHz, 16GB DDR3 RAM. My OS and all drivers are up to date.

LOL, do you not see 20+ topics on the same thing with responses and suggestion?
