Happy2Play 8252
With the plugin you would check all the options you want to backup, then point the plugin on new system to your backup location click on the backup in the list and that will bring up the restore option. If you chose to backup your library definitions then you would have to update those paths. or http://mediabrowser.tv/community/index.php?/topic/10427-how-to-migrate-media-browser-server/

Will this automatically resolve itself?
ebr 14904
You can map user data from users on the old server to different ones on the new one but it cannot translate paths for you from the library definitions. Is it possible for you to keep the paths the same? This is another advantage to using UNC in the library definition as it would be fairly easy to keep the paths the same. Even if you can't, re-setting up just the library shouldn't be a huge piece of work (hopefully).
