MB3 keeps crashing

MediaBrowser keeps crashing on my machine. Looking at the logs I keep seeing this repeated over and over. Not sure what it means.

Please update to the latest version of the server.

I am running off of the OpenMediaVault plugin, which doesn't have an update yet. Last time I tried to manually update, my Database got reset, and MS3 didn't show up in OMV. Do you know of a way to prevent tthat from happening? How outdated is the version I am on?

That is two stable releases ago. Quite old.
